Barnett Waddingham retain Best Companies One Star
We are pleased to announce that we have retained our One Star accreditation following participation in the 2016 Best Companies’ survey.
This award was received following an extensive series of questionnaires completed anonymously by employees across the company. Following the feedback we can identify areas for improvement and then work to implement changes to ensure that we have a rewarding, satisfying and enjoyable place to work.
The employee engagement survey run by Best Companies’ recognises that there is a high level of employee engagement within Barnett Waddingham which stems from our loyal and hardworking employees.
By retaining our 1* (the total score when compared to the last survey) we continue to demonstrate our commitment to making Barnett Waddingham a great place to work.
