Also, substantial operational improvements including cutting the claims cost line by 2% through better use of data and decisioning.
   
• full set of marketing and integrated data science capabilities with organisational change to Customer Value Management at European mobile telco, delivering +€90 million (+10%) new revenues in Year 1 and +5% EBIT growth annually.
