Andrew advises a wide range of UK businesses on SSAS and is part of the firm’s new business review group.

He provides bespoke advice on a wide range of issues, in particular to help clients use their pension monies to help their business.

Andrew sets up and manages pension arrangements for directors of small to midsized companies, who are usually family run businesses. Clients include people from the realms of music, theatre, holiday parks, property companies, farming, manufacturing and the motor trade.

Significant experience:

• advice to companies on the establishment and operation of SSAS for owner/managers
• the purchase of property, which is often to be let back to the company who pay rent to the pension scheme
• loans to sponsoring employers secured on variety of assets including property, stock and privately held assets
