Bryna is a Senior Pension Management Consultant, specialising in trustee secretarial and governance services.

Her experience and natural approach means she is able to provide proactive, clear and concise support to trustees tailoring her approach to meet their needs.

Significant experience:

  • acting as Secretary to the Trustees for both DB and DC schemes
  • supporting bespoke scheme change projects
  • expertise in trustee governance including carrying out governance reviews, identifying and implementing enhancements and ongoing maintenance of governance documents
  • managing regular and ad-hoc project activity and overseeing the completion of regulatory documents

Other expertise:

Bryna became an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute in 2017, having won the Professionalism and Governance Prize for her performance in her final examination.

Career

Bryna graduated from the University of Southampton in 2007. She has approximately 10 years pension experience, having started her career at an independent trustee company before moving in to pensions consultancy in 2015.

Interests

Outside of work, Bryna enjoys travelling to new places - having visited nearly 50 countries to date and is always keen to plan the next trip. She is also an avid theatregoer and enjoys socialising with friends.
