Damian Stancombe

Damian has many years’ experience helping UK companies with their pension scheme design and establishing, as well as delivering, communication and member engagement plans. His passionate commitment to cutting edge innovation and improvement have helped him forge close, long term relationships with a wide range of UK and multi-national businesses.

As a key member on our Employer Consulting Board, Damian is responsible for exploring and developing new ways to support our clients. This includes DrumRoll, our own creative agency that helps employers communicate with their employees in an engaging, empowering way. It also includes 4me, our digital service designed to help employees choose the benefits they really need.   

Working across a range of different sectors, Damian will continue to focus on innovation and technology to ensure we are always going beyond the expectations of our clients.

• Establishing and delivering communication and member engagement plans
• DC pension provision for some of the most well-known retail and construction companies
• Setting up some of the largest DC schemes in the UK
• Closures of DB establishments and replacing with quality Group Personal Pension plans
