Dan advises individuals, lawyers, pension schemes and employers on a range of issues, including expert advice, scheme funding, pension benefit design and accounting disclosures.

Dan designs many of the actuarial models used within Barnett Waddingham for valuing scheme liabilities. He advises a diverse range of clients, from large multi-employer schemes to smaller trusts looking for personalised advice.

  • placing a value on life interests and other trusts
  • providing expert reports for use when sharing pensions on divorce
  • Scheme Actuary for providing services to UK defined benefit pension schemes
