Debra is a Scheme Actuary and provides advice to UK pension scheme trustees and employers on defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension matters and pension scheme investments. 

Debra has wide experience of providing actuarial, pensions and investment advice in relation to scheme funding, accounting disclosures, scheme mergers, incentive exercises, scheme closures, special purpose vehicles, and bulk annuity transactions.

She advises both pension scheme trustees and employers on all types of pension matters and advises schemes of all sizes, from £6 million of assets to £400 million assets.

Significant experience:

• advice to trustees of three schemes concerning set up of special purpose vehicles
• advise to trustees on three merger projects, twice involving the merger of more than two schemes
• advice to trustees on incentive exercises, including both enhanced transfer value and pension increase exchange exercises
