Jonathan manages the Penstream Specialist function – this covers staff and resource management, training and development, and ensuring Penstream support teams meet the needs of the Pension Administration practice area.

Significant experience

  • leading architect of the Pension Administration Practice Area’s new client service take-on process, ensuring its compatibility with PRINCE2 methodology
  • member of the firm’s Project Governance team
  • member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business
  • extensive knowledge of the role of systems in the provision of administration services for PPF, DB, DC, and hybrid pension schemes

Career

After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, Jonathan took a role at Profund Systems Limited in Bath, providing pension administration system support to its users. Jonathan then joined a small third-party before taking a position as Penstream Specialist at Barnett Waddingham in 2008. He was promoted to principal in 2021.

Interests

Jonathan enjoys watching rugby and supports his hometown team of Gloucester RFC.
