Associate and Pensions Administration Operations Manager

Sara is responsible for ongoing administration teams who administer a varied portfolio of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Her role includes active management of performance and resource to ensure delivery is accurate and timely.

She is also a member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business.

Significant expertise

  • client management and delivery of projects such as Enhanced Transfer Value (ETV) exercises
  • experience with ongoing DB and DC clients, in particular clients who face liability management projects
  • managing trustee sub-committees, meetings and papers plus training for trustees and consultative committees

Career

Sara joined Barnett Waddingham in January 2018, and became an Associate in June 2018. Prior to Barnett Waddingham Sara gained 32 years’ experience of occupational pension schemes, including four years in-house experience working on  a complex sectionalised arrangement with 20,000 members.

Interests

Sara regularly enjoy nights out at the theatre and cinema with family and friends.
