September is always an exciting time in BW, as we welcome our new apprentices and graduates.

Arriving during our Early Careers month, 43 graduates were welcomed today, joining the 26 apprentices who started at the beginning of September. They'll be joined by a further 16 graduates before the end of the year.

We have consistently recognised the importance of nurturing young talent and developing growth throughout individuals’ careers. Over the years, our early careers programmes and initiatives have expanded significantly, culminating in this being our largest cohort to date.

Working across all nine of our UK offices, our new joiners will work in our Actuarial Consulting, Administration, Employer Consulting, Insurance and Longevity Consulting, Investment Consulting, IT and Pension Executive and Management Services teams.

Supporting the next generation of professionals is vital to us, as they bring the energy and fresh thinking needed to continue providing the best possible service to our clients. Our continued commitment to bringing in new diverse talent feeds into our ambitious growth targets and our development into a wide range of exciting new service areas.

Andrew Vaughan, Senior Partner, commented, “It’s truly fantastic to welcome our new graduates this year as they embark on their challenging and rewarding careers with us. Our future growth and continued success rely on recruiting and nurturing new talent at all levels."

"We are also delighted that BW has taken on twenty-six apprentices this year. They bring a range of valuable skills and insights that are indispensable to a successful, modern, and dynamic business. A talented team requires individuals from diverse backgrounds."
