Adapting decisions in uncertainty

The DNA Experience virtual conference, held during April and May 2021, aimed to provide thought-provoking insights to help organisations understand and leverage what makes them unique — their Employer DNA.

Watch this video from the third stream of the conference.

In this stream we looked at the way in which Covid-19 has created considerable short term uncertainty and longer term challenges for businesses. Our aim was to help strengthen leaders’ ability to make more informed decisions, enabling their organisation to evolve in the most effective way.

Major Gareth Tennant shared what he learned about the links between leadership, culture and strategy from his career in the military. He used his experiences to help executives adapt their leadership and management styles, in order to build resilient and adaptive organisations.

We also heard from Louis Rosenberg PhD, who has developed a new form of AI based on the biological principles of Swarm Intelligence — which empowers any group to maximize their combined knowledge, wisdom, insights, and intuitions.
