Our Trainee Pensions Analyst graduate programme sits within our Employer Consulting business, bringing together pension, risk, and engagement business streams.
Our Employer Consulting team is well placed to cover the spectrum of our clients’ risk, pension, and wider benefit needs and our graduate trainee pensions analyst programme is built around developing pension consultants of the future.
Our graduates are given the opportunity to meet a number of different people and pensions and benefits providers and support consultants in the delivery of a first class defined contribution pension consultancy.
Working with our specialist software, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with a broad range of exciting projects and plenty of problem-solving. For example, you could assist with checking and analysing data, preparing reports and producing the pension scheme figures required to be disclosed in company accounts – all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
