Where will your career take you? In the longer term, as you establish a network of contacts across the business and develop your knowledge of our different consultancy businesses, we will support your continued progression.
Within our Actuarial Consulting and Insurance and Longevity Consulting teams, we support our Trainee Consultants to achieve the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries’ (IFoA) fellowship qualification – the highest level of qualification attainable within IFoA.
If you join our Investment Consulting team, we will support study towards either the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or the IFoA qualification.
Our study support includes study days, financial support and an assigned study mentor. While the exams are challenging, our students have a better-than-average record of exam success.
You will get early opportunities to work directly with clients and will be given plenty of training to allow you to develop both technical and communication skills and allow you to build a good understanding of the different career paths open to you.
