Doug is currently responsible for a large team of administrators that look after a portfolio of 18 schemes of varying size.

His main area of expertise includes the administration of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.


Significant experience:

  • Over 30 years’ experience working on occupational pension schemes of varying size.
  • Attending and presenting at trustee meetings.
  • Doug was part of an industry wide working party, led by the Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA), which produced best practice guidance on DC Governance.
  • Doug is the Pension Administration Qualifications Adviser for our Amersham office supporting candidates through their Pensions Management Institute (PMI) qualifications.
