Associate and Projects and Change Manager

Gemma’s current role is the analysis and delivery of internal development projects to the pension administration business area as part of pension administration’s projects, analysis and specialist feam (PAST).

PAST is responsible for providing pension administration with project management, business analysis and project delivery for both internal and client facing projects. Its key aim is to contribute towards maximising income, profit and efficiencies for the business area by identifying, implementing, costing and prioritising (with the business area leader) development opportunities and process changes.  It also ensures a standardised approach across the business area.


Clients

  • Gemma’s key client is the pension administration business area and anyone that is a stakeholder through contact with the services it provides.

Significant experience

  • Open to ideas. Enthusiastic, driven and loves to investigate better ways to do things to provide a benefit to the business area.
  • Good awareness of where wider gains can be made when looking at development projects.

Other expertise

  • Strong IT / BW product knowledge and very competent in extracting information and presenting in easily understood, visual aids.
  • Good team builder and able to coach and develop others.
  • Extremely committed to Barnett Waddingham – great range of experience and keen to share knowledge as well as committed to continuing to develop own knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all the offices and teams.
