Pete McInulty

Pete joined DrumRoll, Barnett Waddingham’s award-winning communications consultancy, having gained over 25 years of experience in communication management roles across the financial services industry.

An experienced communications manager, writer and consultant, Pete’s breadth of experience covers pensions, HR communications, banking, insurance, employee benefits and customer relations. He is also an associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI).

He is skilled at working with client delivery teams to understand client needs, building relationships, analysing, consulting, and delivering clear and effective communications strategies.

Pete helps ensure a ‘people focus’ for all DrumRoll communications and performs the role of team lead for the DrumRoll consultancy team.

Significant experience:

• Managing annual pension communications programme.  
• Leading production of a range of HR magazines and online channels.
• Working with business leaders to implement a company’s ethos and values across 30,000+ employees.
• Writing and editing content for the merger of 32 separate pension schemes into one UK-wide fund.
• Establishing a paperless global rewards communication strategy for executive benefits.
